Frequently Asked Questions
How do you recruit your Care Assistants?
One of the most important aspects of our service is the provision of Care Assistants who demonstrate a passion to assist older people to live full, independent lives, are empathetic, understanding and able to provide highly professional care services. If an applicant shows that they have the qualities and capabilities to become a Care Assistant for 24/7 Homecare Services then they must undergo in-depth pre-employment checks which include at least four references and a clear enhanced criminal background check. After this they must undertake extensive and ongoing training to provide the best quality care available.
What Training do you provide your Care Assistants?
All of our care assistants must undertake 24/7 Homecare Services own training with our professionals. Our mandatory elements include, Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, First Aid awareness, Protection, Medication awareness etc.
What makes 24/7 Homecare Services different from other companies?

Our Care Managers visit clients on a regular basis to assess needs, and monitor the quality of the service we provide.
We are able to provide continuity of care in the event a Care Assistant is sick or on holiday.
